The day had finally arrived when Aarvi and Sameer were set to cover the much-anticipated story of Aaksh Singhania's hospital launch. It was a grand event, attracting numerous media houses, each vying for an exclusive piece of the story. The opening had been a spectacle, with reporters crowding around, throwing in their questions, hoping to get something noteworthy out of Aaksh.
Mr. Singhania, with Zenith Hospital, you claim to be revolutionizing healthcare. What makes this facility different from the rest?" one reporter asked.
Aaksh, dressed sharply in a navy blue suit, gave a rehearsed smile. "We aim to provide top-tier medical services at affordable rates, ensuring quality healthcare for all. Our technology-driven approach will set new benchmarks in the industry."
A few more predictable questions followedโfunding, future expansion, collaborations. Aaksh answered them with calculated ease.
Then came Insight 24/7โs turn.
Aarvi's voice was calm but firm. "Your past ventures have been ambitious, but many collapsed within a few years. What makes Zenith different? What guarantees do the investors and patients have that this isnโt just another experiment?"
For a fraction of a second, Aakshโs smile faltered. But he recovered quickly. "A fair question. Every venture carries risks, but this time, we have government support, top-tier medical professionals, and a transparent financial model. Zenith isnโt just a businessโitโs a commitment."
Aarvi and Sameer, however, had a different approach. While other media houses were done with their allotted slots, Insight 24/7 had been assigned the final exclusive interview, set a week after the launch. Until then, they had to keenly observe everything and pick up details that others might overlook.
As the event wrapped up, Aarvi and Sameer stood near their car, discussing their upcoming plan. Unbeknownst to them, Reyansh sat inside his black SUV, the tinted windows concealing him completely. He had been keeping tabs on Aaksh for his own reasons, but what he hadnโt expected was to overhear a rather intriguing conversation.
โI donโt know, Sameer. Thereโs something odd about all of this,โ Aarvi said, adjusting her bag strap.
Sameer leaned against the car, sighing. โYou think too much, Aarvi. But I wonโt lie, the way he dodged certain questions today feltโฆ deliberate.โ
Reyansh, sitting inside his car, raised an eyebrow. โInteresting. Someone else doubts him too?โ
Aarvi crossed her arms. โExactly. The way he avoided talking about his investorsโฆ Something is off. Weโll dig deeper once our slot comes.โ
Sameer chuckled. โWell, until then, weโre stuck with this for a whole week. Brace yourself.โ
Aarvi let out a small groan. โUgh, donโt remind me. A whole week of dealing with this.โ
Reyanshโs fingers tapped against the steering wheel. He still didnโt know who these two were, but they werenโt just any random reporters. Something about the way the woman spoke intrigued him. He made a mental note to keep an eye on this Insight 24/7 team.

Meanwhile, inside the hospital, Dev Khurana was still lost in thoughts of his unexpected encounter with Aarvi. He hadnโt expected to be so drawn to someone in just one meeting. His usual confidence had taken a hit the moment she had shot him a sharp look earlier, and now, every time he thought about her, a stupid grin made its way to his face.
โDamn it, Dev. What are you? A teenager?โ he muttered to himself, shaking his head.
His colleague nudged him. โDude, are you even listening?โ
Dev snapped out of his daze. โHuh? Yeah, yeahโฆ totally.โ
His friend smirked. โLet me guess. That reporter?โ
Dev groaned. โShut up.โ
But as much as he tried to ignore it, he knew it was useless. He was already too far gone.

Vidyut, on the other hand, had been busy attending meetings all day. Unlike Reyansh, who had the liberty to personally observe Aaksh, he had to keep things running smoothly at RV Industries. When he finally got a moment to breathe, he checked his phone and saw a message from Reyansh.
Reyansh: "Something's off. Aaksh isn't the only one being watched. Someone else is onto him too. Need to find out who."
Vidyut frowned, already sensing that things were about to get a lot more complicated.

Meanwhile, Kritika was lost in her own world, managing the boutique. Business had been going great, but today, something was bothering her. Maybe it was just instinct, but she couldnโt shake off the feeling that something big was about to happen, something that would eventually pull Aarvi into it. And Kritika, no matter what, would always have her back.
As she rearranged a few dresses on display, she exhaled. โI hope Iโm just overthinking.โ
But deep down, she knew she wasnโt.
As the day came to a close, Aarvi, Sameer, and Reyansh all went their separate ways, unaware of the game that was about to begin. A game of cat and mouse, where the truth would be hidden behind a web of lies.
